About Our Company
Avid Settlement, Inc. is a family-owned boutique real estate closing company based in Pittsburgh. To better serve you, we limit our closings to Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. We coordinate and conduct our own closings and do not hire outside closers or notaries. We will work with all parties involved to schedule the closing at a place and time that is convenient.
